Maintenance Review Every issue I have had been promptly taken care of the same day I place my ticket. Since moving here 2018 I can say the maintenance team is professional and very knowledgeable on the issues I’ve had. Great Team!

Easy Move-In I showed up on Saturday at 2:00 PM where the leasing office already had everything ready for me to sign and move-in fast. The apartment was very clean (with the exception of one dead roach in the corner) , and we didn’t have any issues moving in the space.

I am not
Liking charges being added to my monthly statement without notification. Examples would be data protection fee and internet service with no opt out. I already have a service I am happy with and was not given a choice. And also, the water billing changing from straight fee
To metered. There was no notice given on any of this. I expect that when changes are made that notifications should be made and input from residents be taken into consideration. I have been here 19 years and I would... appreciate more transparency
