Rosemont Berkeley Lake Apartments

It's been almost a year since I moved in, and the air conditioner has broken down about 20 times, and sometimes even if you ask for a repair, it won't come for 2-3 days. I get an email saying the issue has been resolved. The repair request history is not showing. Not only the air conditioner but also the ceiling of the house below is leaking, so we visited our house for a few days to repair it. Apparently, there's no problem. Even after repairs, the house downstairs still has a complaint that... water drops from the ceiling. On a rainy day, even if my house closes the windows, the water drops from above. I've asked for the air conditioner repair five times since yesterday morning, but it didn't come until this evening. Nonetheless, we didn't get angry. It's 84 degrees now. Even if I have a 3-month-old baby, it doesn't get processed quickly. In the winter, I even spend the night without a heater. I've tried to keep my fetus warm. The management are liars & act like newbies, they are lazy and horrible & claim they will fix issues in apartments but never come and do it even after MONTHS. WILL EVEN GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO MAKE SURE THEY DONT. this place sucks to live at & id recommend going anywhere but here truly(:

I would never recommend this place to anyone who wants to live comfortably. It’s been a headache ever since I’ve lived here due to continuous maintenance issues. I’ve never had to put in so many work orders for an apartment until moving living here. And there’s no sense of urgency to fix major problems, such as air conditioning units. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

WORST Customer Service! This is regarding Leslie and John from the leasing office. Called this place for availability and even arranged for one of my friends to visit since i am from out of state. They assured everything was all set and sent me a quote and when i tried applying that same day nothing was as they promised. These people dont answer phone calls/respond to emails. Each and every review that talks about leasing office not answering phone calls is ABSOLUTELY TRUE! You can never get in... contact with anyone when you call the office. They don’t call back within a timely fashion. After this experience, I am glad i was saved from actually applying and having to endure such lack of customer service. Read More

Im always excited to review the awesome place I live! RBL is such a great place. The staff are great and quick to help with any maintenance problems I might have. Tons of trees. Many places to take walks . Very calming and don't forget the waterfalls after a hard day at work. Love the cathedral ceiling and all the bright light it gives me. Going on my 4th year and so happy with my choice.
