Poor Management
The apartments are managed poorly. There was a leak in my apartment caused by negligence of the maintenance team and I was not notified about it. I walked in to fans and humidifiers late at night. I had to go to the leasing office to find out what happened. After asking to be communicated with about what was being done with my apartment, I did not receive any information. It’s been three weeks and I still have not received anything in writing about what happened nor has the property manager... called me back after multiple attempts to reach out to her. I even went into the office and was told she was taking a lunch break at 5:30 in which the office closes at 6:00. Not to mention the multiple car break ins that happen throughout the complex. The gate is always broke as well, and I had to fight with roaches the whole time there. This apartment complex is poorly managed and needs to do better. To this day I still have not been contacted and was told that I would multiple times!
