Pretty quiet neighborhood so far. No issues as of yet, and we just moved here on 4-2-2025. Wish there was a tanning bed in the gym area , and can’t wait for the clubhouse to open for easy access.

From start to finish, the entire process has been amazing! The leasing office staff are very friendly and prompt with their responses regarding any issues. The overall community kind of keeps to themselves, but are still very friendly. 5/5 Would recommend.

The community is good and the location is convenient. However what I don’t like about is the apartment was flooded twice in a year by the back-flow dirty sewage water.
