Wish I didn’t move here. My lease is up in a few months and I can’t wait to leave. The building is built poorly and the noise above me is ridiculous I moved in October 2021 and I told them multiple times about the noise nothing was done and I work from home so heard noise all day everyday such as stomping and banging and more from October til now. The apartments are nice and spacious but if you have someone above you who doesn’t care you will not be comfortable in your apartment. I just moved here from out of state and everyone made this move so easy for me. My apartment is beautiful with new appliances and carpet very clean when I got here and my package that I ordered was even here waiting on me. Everything is very organized and in great shape and order. Thank you Park 156 for making this easy for me !!

Paper thin walls, you can hear tenants conversations,toilet flushes, just everything. DIRTY trashy breeze ways stains all over the concrete. Water bugs come through the vents, I have killed 10 total since I moved here. I had to close the vents and tape them and I've only lived here since March of 2018. The Crazy immature girl that lives above me can not control her child he's unsupervised while she is sleeping or either on the phone and he's up running and jumping around bouncing balls... throwing things against the wall and she has no respect for her neighbors. When you call the courtesy officer on her she gets mad and stomps throughout the apartment loudly like a child!! I call the office almost daily to complain; which to include the courtesy officer and the police and nothing has been done as of yet. Chris the Assistant manager response was this: She has been here for years without any complaints, kids have a right to play there is nothing he can do about that. ...but, the kid is jumping stomping and banging at 7am in the freaking morning all the way till 10pm nonstop! This management is a joke and Ana the office manager said to me that; " We will let you out of the lease; because, you are not going to be happy and she's been here for a long time." My response; "So are you saying to me that she has a right to stay because she's been here for years? If I have to go then so does she or else I will contact an attorney and sue Winn properties. Winn can Pay my moving fees and then I will go; but I will not pay anything. You all need to control your tenant and she needs to control her kid!" It sounds like 20 plus kids are playing in the apartment...If I can save one person from moving here then I will. I have lived in Park 156 for almost 3 years. I have watched the community evolve and blossom. I lived here under the previous owner Carroll Management. I love the area and the schools. My only concern with the complex is the price increases due to all the upgrades. I feel this is going to force my daughter and I to move. I would love to stay but I am not sure I will be able with the rent rates.

I've lived here for quite sometime now. Way before this new management from Winn Residential took over. I absolutely love it! It's convenient to the highway, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. However, since new management abruptly took over I have wanted to move. Yes, their efforts to maintain grounds cannot go unnoticed. But neither can the incompetent leasing office staff. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. Especially the young man there who's tone is constantly... unprofessional. He has no customer service skills. When you enter the office it takes them for ever to greet you as if they are working. Completely rude! Maintenance issues take forever to resolve now. You can't ask a simple question without this guy providing an answer in a very condescending manner. Trust me you can't miss him he's the only person working in the office with Ana. Never the less.
