Pipes burst due to freezing weather, it took months to fix. During that time an entire building burned down. The pool has been closed all summer and is a mosquitoes dream with the stagnate green water and the gym remains having no working AC while the heat index consistently breaks 100 degrees.
But don't worry, the rent goes up.

These apartments are out dated, plumbing issues, mold, pest issues. If these apartments looked as nice as the front office then they would be worth it. My advice “run”!!!

I moved into the Hamptons of East Cobb in 2013 and I have been excited about moving here. The grounds are well kept and always neat and tidy. It is a safe, attractive, clean and friendly environment that we would recommend to anyone. Maintenance is fast if there is an issue, and the management team is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I love Jennifer she is very helpful and helps you to the best of her ability.

When I first moved in there, I thought that it looked really good in the outside, but upon entering, I noticed that the walls had not been painted and the carpet was not cleaned. The doors also had spaced that needed to be filled since it was letting in air and bugs. Since the new management has taken over, however; I have had all of my concerns taken care of and they have been very accommodating. Word of advise, before you sign the lease, make sure that you have taken a good look at where you... will be staying to make sure that all of your concerns have been addressed and corrected before you move in.
