So clean and nice! Staff is so friendly and helpful. Maintenance is so efficient and nice. They have over night security and a police officer that lives in the building

I love this apartment complex so much! The management puts so much effort into our resident events, and has made it easy for residents to meet and become friends and feel a sense of community. They have overnight security and that makes me feel so safe here! Not to mention the new outdoor spaces are beautiful!

So far I've enjoyed my stay here at Ilion. I think the staff here is awesome and keeps us informed pretty well. They get back to you in a timely manner and seems to care about the community and our needs/safety here.
