I have been a tenant for three years, dealt with the ups and downs, but now, they will be requiring all tenants to use their internet!! No regards that you work from home and are required to have your own, non community based internet that is very high speed. The gates are still not fixed, haven't been for over an year, but, let's be sure to be greedy and force tenants to use their internet.

The efficiency and agility since the beginning of this rental contract has been wonderful, the administrative staff is truly professional and humanitarian, the delivery of the M unit was punctual and the apartment was in perfect condition with all its techno-mechanical elements in perfect condition. Congratulations for being so efficient, this is why the success of this apartment complex is due, thank you very much, I so am happy.

The staff at The Preserves at Terrell Mill have displayed a pattern of dishonesty. They often provide misinformation to expedite interactions, showing a lack of genuine care for residents and potential residents. This situation calls for a revamp of the entire staff, as their unprofessional, impolite, and impatient behavior is evident. Multiple complaints about the staff can't be disregarded. Until this issue is addressed and rectified appropriately, there's a risk of continued loss of residents... and revenue. It's time to say "enough is enough," and residents deserve a higher standard of service, especially since they are the lifeblood ensuring the monthly payroll functions effectively.
