The manager is so welcoming and I don’t know how she manages being so polite while still handling business at the same time. She must have a twin or something 5 Stars!!!

I recently moved here from Florida. The office staff made the application and move in process very easy. I only made 1 trip to Georgia before move in. The rent was the most competitive in the area. I love the amenities and the movie theatre is right behind us .

Searching for a safe location with nice amenities for my son, Mr. Swope was a perfect representative of the property. Giving us a tour, he was knowledgeable and it was clear he is proud of the complex. He would make anyone want to move in!

Indeed I was impressed by the knowledge of Mr. Swope while on a tour of your property. To come in contact with someone who is so passionate about their job is definitely a plus this day in time. He made me feel as if I was already a resident. The professionalism I witnessed was also a positive. I didn’t feel pressured as if I had to make a decision right away. I would say Mr. Swope is a true asset to this complex!
