DEFINITELY NOT, NOT, worth living there!

It took several months (3-6 months) to get ANYTHING fixed, the leasing stipulations stipulations changed during my stay, causing them to retain my security deposit, even after numerous verbal confirmations not to worry about the changes.

Too many rules on their trash pickup policy, which they automatically charged each month. It was better to just take the trash to the dumpster on your own. The dumpster was often spilling over full with trash and bulky items.

It's IMPOSSIBLE to talk to...
management via phone, unless you walk in the office. This is overwhelmingly frustrating. I feel bad for the management team because they appear completely overwhelmed!!!!

If you're living with someone above you, you can hear stomping and lots of noise. I have children so it gets really hard to make my kids walk softly around the apartment out of respect for the people below us.

Not a good place for kids either. There's NOWHERE for them to play. The parking lot is dangerous because there are some residents who speed around blind corners.

Also, I had my packages stolen TWICE within 1 month. The carrier leaves the packages in an unsecured location (the door is always propped open). I had to get my packages sent to another location to ensure I get it. I was told they would look at footage, however they never got back with me (possibly due to cameras not being on). Cases were never solved, and I still never received my package.

Apartment look nice, and management is friendly, however it's definitely, NOT, NOT, worth the stress living there!

Not Worth The Money

I have lived here for almost a year now and it has been one issue after another due to the "pet friendliness" of the complex. The walls are very thin so if you do have pets above you or beside you, you will hear them at all hours of the day and night. They clearly do not restrict breeds or have a weight limit. The pets also bark all day and night. If you really enjoy listening to noise from neighbors 24/7, then this is the place for you. I made multiple complaints to the leasing office and they... were never addressed. One of the pet owners even left their dog's "trash bag" in my trash can once my trash was picked up one evening. The inside of my apartment is nice but does not make up for the lack of respect/courtesy from other renters and the leasing office. I would suggest renting elsewhere if you enjoy any peace and quiet.

Great Location

We've lived at the Station for about 6 months and have really enjoyed it. The grills, package lockers, and fitness center have been some of our favorite ammenities. Our biggest complaint is the security gates not closing/locking. We chose to live in the building with security gates that should lock at night. However these gates have not worked since we moved in. Also our upstairs neighbor has a dog that lives on the balcony. It pees and poops through the cracks, resulting in our patio furniture... getting covered in poop. For a while, the AC units were getting covered too, but I think they addressed them. Besides those things we love the location and proximity to Publix and the interstate.
