Effingham Parc Apartments

The entire staff should be commended, for their professionalism, care and courtesy toward all residents. I am glad to be a part of this community.

We love living here. We need new carpet or floors. We've been here for going on 9 years living here. The staff are very polite. The property is kept up good. The maintenance guys are awesome. The front gates don't seem to work most if the time.

We pay too much to live here. The gate is always broken or someone breaks it and it is never fixed promptly. So much for the privacy…and the increase in the amenities, trash, and pest control is a little too much on top of the rent. There’s always pool problems during open season as well that I have noticed. Kids getting into things they shouldn’t and people leaving trash and large objects outside by the dumpster and it’s not a pretty sight. If you want to get your money’s worth, at least have... everything you promise us in the lease so that we can get what we came here to pay for. I enjoy living in the community! I think the office staff do a really good job. I appreciate all the communication we receive when repairs are being done.

My husband and I moved into Effingham Parc a week after getting married in Nov. It was the best decision we could’ve done. Sadly I’ve had some issues with surrounding neighbors. But in all, I love taking walks, reading, and crocheting around the pond.
