The Guest House is conveniently located right off 411 Highway on Chateau Drive. Here at The Guest House, we offer 1 & 2 bedroom furnished and unfurnished apartments. Our community has a gated entrance, plus we have a property monitor who drives through at different times of the afternoon and weekends. We provide 24 hour maintenance service, centrally located mailboxes and provide a trash receptacle on-site for our residents. For your convenience, our leasing office is located on-site and residents will be provided with an emergency number to reach the leasing manager. Your apartment will feature a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and ceiling fans. We also provide a stackable washer/dryer in the one bedrooms and regular washer/dryer in the two bedrooms. Close to Rome and Nice!

Guest House apartments were our home for a few months during transition. They are so close to town, clean, and the neighbors were kind. Rachel is a stellar manager and helped us with any issues or questions!

Amazing complex!!!!!

The location is great and super close to the town! Parking is convenient and the staff is welcoming. The complex is gated and feels very safe. It is very well maintained and management works quick to fix any issues. As a first time apartment renter I definitely recommend this complex!!!

Love it here!

Great experience at guest house so far! I always feel safe on my property, and parking is always easy. Management is fantastic here- Rachel is amazing at communicating and getting back to me quickly. Very affordable housing that meets all of my needs!

Great Apartments!

I recently moved in and and it has been amazing. I was looking for a place for months before I found The Guest House. The process was super easy and fast! The communication with the landlord and maintenance is great! I get a response within minutes! I feel safe with the gate and update newsletter. The community is so clean, wholesome, and reasonable. I also love how it is only 5 mins away from town!
