To the left are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed. One of these bedrooms also has direct access to a large screened-in deck with another flat-screen TV. The dining room is adjacent to a kitchen stocked with all your basic cooking needs. Towards the back of the house, you will find a full bathroom and the third bedroom, which contains a king-size bed. The large upper-level covered deck with ample seating is a great place to start or end your day. Two parking spots are available for guests, one in a gravel driveway and an extra area on the grass to the right of the hedge. For dock access, walk across the street to a little parking lot with a sign between the condos and the orange duplex. By the water, a metal gate leads to a long double-decker dock. A community game area offers a great deal of seating, a grill, and games such as volleyball, corn hole, and ladder toss.
The apartment is pet-friendly, but pets must be crated when left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A non-refundable pet fee is required for all pets. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
