Hands down a great apartment complex! Janice and Kristen are so informative, kind, and on top of things in the office. I brought a complaint to Kristen and it was handled quickly, no questions asked! The maintenance team is so fast. I sent in a work order for a light being out and my ring doorbell went off within an hour! The apartment is really spacious. I didn’t think I cared about a view but listen these ponds with fountains are beautiful in the morning. They have two exits out of the... apartment which is a game changer with all the traffic on Benton Blvd. Overall we have nothing but good things to say about Parkside!

Responds to maintenance request in a timely manner. Very friendly office staff. Move in was painless. Very good very good. If I have to keep going i might just die from the word vomit

Good place to live appliances are cheap and rent cost to much but it's decent it definitely could be better they also have garages which is cool i wish they had a car wash station
