My electric and gas bills tripled! The apt is so old and not insulated well if at all and when the really cold weather truly hits, the HVAC heat never goes off! The floor in the living room, kitchen and bathroom is like walking on ice, I swear I can ice skate on the linoleum! All I can say is, I might have a roof over my head but I got ice for a floor! The bathroom does not have a vent to the HVAC heat so when I go in there, I can see my breath and the toilet water had formed ice crystals! I had... to end up putting a portable heater in there that runs constantly if you want to pee without getting frostbite on your - you know what! Renter beware, anywhere else but here! I got 6 more months to go!

Very cozy place, walls are thick, noise is only bad on some weekends but they don't go past 10pm really. Neighbors are friendly and lots of convenient stores and spots near by. Jessica is the best overall
