The View at Stonecrest Apartments

I moved out at the end of January 2023. It is now end of May 2023 and I am still awaiting return of deposit. Next move will be to file suit, which is ridiculous, when management can simply do the right thing.

This place has had 3-4 new management. My kitchen is leaking and no one has came. Maintenance said that they will come Monday 2 weeks ago never came because I was home all day. Called about my toliet being messed up no one came no one cares. This place is horrible save your money!!!

Filled out the application and I have excellent credit and proof of three times the rent. They say they have units available to get you to apply to collect the fee and the next day say your denied. The staff is rude and didn't have a answer for any of the questions I asked.

If I could give no stars I would. This place is roach infested and there service is so poor. I advise you not to apply. I would rather stay in an abounded home then stay here

Mailboxes were broken into in early March, and they have not been fixed yet! Have hardly received any mail in the last 5 months due to lack of communication between the apartment management and the post office. The management here doesn't seem to care at all! They are rude and don't actually know what's going on on the property. Messages to the office are never returned.
