Terrible Experiences
NEGATIVE 415 stars!!! Please do not let the photos fool you into renting these overpriced boxes!! I was moved into an apartment that wasn’t clean. They literally painted over hair and dirt before I moved in. A part of the microwave was also broken when I moved in… The part was literally placed there, broken instead of it being repaired. The water is always being turned off with little to NO notice. Walls are sooo thin, be prepared to hear everything that’s going on in the apartment next to you.... Hope you have great car insurance, you have a good chance of your car being broken into
(Maybe by the million of ants they have, humans, or both who knows) Staff is very unprofessional, their only concern is your money! They renovated the gym but fail to get to your maintenance requests. I put in a work order that a maintenance worker went into the system and marked it as completed. When I called the office, they advised that the maintenance man came into my apartment and saw the the microwave was fine. I work from home and would have known if anyone from maintenance came by. They lied and advised that they came into my apartment and saw that the microwave was “fine”. The mailbox area smells like pee and the trash is ALWAYS OVER FLOWING. Pest control, maintenance, and the rest of the staff are inconsiderate and rude. I work from home and asked if maintenance could come on a certain day, I may as well have asked a wall that request. I had to take off in order to make sure they fixed what needed to be fixed ( missing out on money due to there inconveniences.). That was just one of many inconveniences. The pest control guy came around while I was working from home, I asked if he could give me 2 mins…. He advised he had other apartments to go to. Common sense would have told him to take care of the surrounding apartments and return to mine when he could., but common sense isn’t so common at this complex . I’d renew at a homeless shelter before renewing this lease. Please don’t bother to reply to this review asking me to call the office, we all know it’s only to SEEM as if you’re trying to rectify the situation and you don’t really care
