Grandview Square Apartments

Got a maintenance problem? Prepared to wait a long time for it to be fixed, if ever. We had ugly bare (rotting?) wood exposed on our decks for probably over a year, maybe close to two. Security doors are left in inoperable condition.

Otherwise the price is decent and the neighborhood safe.

I dont live there. Tried to get in to look at them. Never get back to you. Impossible to get ahold of. I have tried multiple times multiple different ways and never can get anyone to get back to me. Not very professional.

I have been staying at this place for the last 5 years. The apartment is located at a good spot with a theatre, gym, shopping mall just a road across. The management authorities are helpful and are always responsive to issues.

This location is far away from the hustle and bustle of most students of the university, but also right next to a major Bus Station junction which allows easy access to the rest of the city. It is also within close driving distance of multiple restaurants and stores. Single bedroom units are perfect for a student or couple, and afford enough space to comfortably make it your own.

Maintenance is very slow at getting things done. Property manager is never around and doesn't do anything anyway. Security doors only work about 50% of the time. Don't spray for bugs on a regular basis even when multiple residents have problems. Home office doesn't return your calls when you call with concerns. Only upside is that it's a roof over your head.
