Tradition Pointe Apartments

Nothing special or outstanding about the apartment community. It’s ok need some upgrades to the unit like better sinks, these are shallow old school sinks, need upgrades to the floors. Needs upgrades appliance. The only thing I really enjoy is the heated garage and elevator. Over all just ok.

Our experience since moving here has been everything we hoped for. Peaceful and well taken care of. We have no intentions of moving any time soon.

We have lived here for a while and as any place there is up and down times as a company. One plus is there was some lawn care changes and when it snowed the snow crew was here early enough for the morning 7am people to safely leave without being stuck in the snow. Another change that has been positive is that higher ups are being more proactive when issues have arose and are quicker to respond to the issues. Nice, clean, convenient place to live. Allows dogs and residents are genuinely friendly to each other. The location is situated in a nice location to grocery stores and shopping. Would recommend.

Overall, staff has been improving on getting to maintenance calls quicker. General up keep of the building is cleaner and the clientele they have been renting to has improved. Hoping for more amenities or mailing improvements in future.
