My experience with Haverkamp Properties has been great. The staff is really friendly and always willing to help you and find ways to make something work for you. They organize activities to create a community. They tend to maintenance reports as soon and they can, and are truly interested in our comfort as residents.

Love the peace and quiet this place has to offer! We have young children and go out to the walkway behind our apartment often for them to ride their bikes and play with chalk. It's nice feeling like they have a safe space to play despite the fact we technically don't have an actual yard.

Love the location. Apartment is very well insulated so you really don’t here noise.
Would be nice if people that take their trash out and it is leaking everywhere should come back and clean it up for safety of everyone.
