Great experience. Property manager Cassidy was very kind and insightful for all of my questions.

If you need a roof over your head, it's fine. If you want quality management, appliances and groundskeeping, run. I have yet to have a good encounter with management, they are rude and incredibly unhelpful. There is garbage, broken glass and dog poop ALL over the grounds, the grass gets a foot tall before it gets mowed, and to top it off the pool didn't open this summer at all. The neighbors keep mostly to themselves, but not in a nice way. If I could afford to break my lease, I wouldn't think... twice.

Awful awful awful apartments. Work orders go unfulfilled, so all minor repairs are up to the tenant to fix. Rent is grossly overpriced for the units, and when we gave a 30-day notice to vacate, the management office backpedaled and stated that notice actually has to be given on the first of the month. No option for prorate was considered. Management office also refused to give corporate number. Customer complaint forms are your next best option, but they do not reply to those. We tried that....
Seriously, how does it take over 6 months to replace kitchen bulbs?? They still haven't been replaced, so I've been cooking in the dark. What a life.
Also, the only option for rental insurance is through... their own insurance company. Not sketchy in the slightest.

If you're interested in appliances leaking, windows not working, maintenance tickets taking months to address, poor snow removal, and annual increases in rent, then this place is for you. If you want a property management company who is fully staffed and timely in their responses, I recommend any other apartment complex charging this amount for rent.
