Nice, clean, and friendly

Clean neat spacious apartments. Elevators, wide hallways and stairwells make moving in easier. Monica was great to work with, very patient and professional and answered all my questions. Very well managed

Amazing Service, No Problems or Hiccups

The apartment was really nice, exactly as pictured. The units next to me were pretty quiet, as not much noise traveled through the walls.

I had a ground unit. Move in was smooth, move out was smooth. Monica, who works on the property, is absolutely incredible and has a big heart. She'll never do you wrong.

My only complaint is that there are pretty big dogs in the complex and I had some negative experiences with some of them while walking through the halls. Other than that, no complaints!

Excellent property

The finishes are so amazing, the kitchen is huge, love the pool and gym. Lovely new property in waukee, can’t recommend enough!

So spacious!

Everything is brand new, kitchens are to die for space wise and we love that in a 2 bedroom, both have walk in closets and bathrooms. Such a perfect set up. Manager is wonderful and accommodating also. We can't wait to move in!

Amazing place

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH!!! The place is brand new, modern, and just gorgeous! It’s a lot bigger than in the pics and the management team are super friendly and helpful.
