Apartment living at townhouse prices
Currently it's 11:30 pm and they are running a vacuum downstairs because the water line is broken.
Pros: mostly it's quite and they are good at enforcing noise issues. It's clean and the stove and refrigerator work.
Cons: to many to mention. Constant water emergencies throughout the whole complex that shut the water off with or without notice. In my building alone the record was five times in one month.
Price gouging. The only thing I had to pay for when I first moved in was electricity. Now... they pay for nothing. They even charge you for sewage and trash. On top of that they have a mysterious four dollar billing fee. You can't drop your rent payment in the lockbox anymore so you are forced to pay online with a four dollar fee.
Towing: when they do work on the parking lots they give little notice and will tow your car. I had to pay,300.00 to get my car.
Security: they have locks on the building doors but don't issue keys anymore. Get a lockbox. They don't accept packages in the office anymore so packages are constantly getting stolen by kid and random people that roam the buildings.
They charge you for literally everything. I got a Text that said they were going to do a blind inspection and it would be 70.00 to replace them. If you have bad batteries in your fire alarm they charge you a 35.00 fine.
The neighborhood is seedy. I heard gunshots in the parking lot a couple of years ago.
Just stay away this place sucks since the new company took over.
