Absolutely Awful
I never leave reviews but I have never been so angry in my life. I lived at Eagles Landing for 12 months with my husband and wish we had never been here at all. The staff are a joke to work with. We tried to bring several issues to the attention of staff and we were met with nothing but rudeness, dismissal, and at one point they laughed in our faces and told us, “they couldn’t wait for us to leave”.
The walls of the apartment were super thin and noise was always an issue. There is not much... privacy as all the windows face into other apartments. The walkways were ALWAYS covered in snow and ice during the winter. I fell several times walking to and from the carport areas.
The so called “amenities” they provide such as the pool, billiards room, etc… were closed 3+ months out of the 12 months we lived there due to vandalism, but the vandalism was never addressed and kept happening repeatedly.
They kept changing the rules on parking because they didn’t like us and wouldn’t let my husband park within the complex even though others were allowed to park the same vehicle type within the complex. We had photos of this, they didn’t care.
This complex is priced too high and not consistently compared to similar apartments in the area. We knew several acquaintances that moved into other buildings in the complex that were charged less for the same floor plans.
We spent so many days and countless hours cleaning that apartment and left it in pristine condition, were told to our face by the staff that did the walkthrough we did a great job and they didn’t see any issues and we should expect our security deposit back within the month. They then turned around and charged us $395 for a partial repaint of the apartment which WAS NOT NEEDED. I have photographic and video evidence that the walls were in perfect shape and freshly cleaned with no markings, damage, or wear even visible. And to top it off, they couldn’t even be bothered to answer our many phone calls and emails to address the issue over the last months time frame.
This is very unprofessional and incredibly rude. We were good tenants we always paid on time, left the place in great condition, and were friendly with the neighbors who had complaints of their own.
I am so incredibly disappointed and frustrated. They made my first apartment experience an absolute nightmare and are taking advantage and ripping off hardworking people. Please consider another apartment complex before coming here.
