Horrible living w/ a VERY LOUD DANCE STUDIO (GLENWOOD DANCE STUDIO)
This has been my WORST living experience. I have not had 1 good day of work or sleep with living directly with a dance studio in the apartment complex. Several people complain and no one responds to assist with the issue. They fired the old dude who got nothing done, and the new chick they hired "tasha" gets nothing done and is extremely lazy. Horrible to talk to on the phone as well. 1/10 living place I do not recommend, and they charge in order to use the Washer and Dryer. The community is... horrible and always agitated with the dance studio. Lastly there are often roaches in the basement of the unit where the washing units are, not a sanitary living experience at all.

Your patience has been crucial while we work with the Dance Studio to... soundproof their space. The work should be completed on October 30, 2024. We will be sure to ask the exterminator to check out the basement on his monthly visit to the property. If you have any further matters that need to be addressed, please reach out to the office.
