Museum Walk Apartments has been my home since 2001, and even though it’s been many different managers, almost every single one of them made me feel like I belong here.
My last maintenance request was to let me back into my unit after I locked myself out after hours on Friday, February 7, 2025. I was mortified because I didn’t want to make anyone have to come out on a Friday just to let me into my apartment unit, plus I was trying to not feel lonely and sad on my birthday. But when I called the... maintenance emergency hotline, every person I spoke with when I called was so kind and patient and helpful, I didn’t feel embarrassed. I especially appreciate Dario coming out to museum walk to let me into my apartment unit. The kindness and professionalism of TLC’s response makes the lockout fee worth it. Thank you, Museum Walk and TLC!

Three years later and it's just not worth it, they arbitrarily raise your rent by huge margins, force fees on you for services you didn't ask for or have when you first moved in, no way to opt out. It's not worth the hassle at this point.
