Do NOT move here

Really a sad experience for us, it’s mainly the customer service and unprofessionalism. Just don’t even attempt to deal with this place.

Worst landlord I've ever had

The worst landlord I've ever had. Their office forgot to send me a renewal agreement, told me incorrect information about my parking spot, and they don't fix a broken fire alarm system in the building... The list goes on. Do not rent there.

Literally not worth being the cheapest place in Elmhurst

I lived here for two years and wasted my money here for two years. First of all, there’s only two washer and dryers per building and only one washer or dryer will be working at any given time. Didn’t matter how many times you put in a service request, nothing got fixed. I lived on the third floor and I want you to know it flooded 4 times ON THE THIRD FLOOR. The first two times I called about the issue, the service guys that came said that I was stupid and making it up. Then when it was flooding... from the bathroom into my living room they finally believed me and fixed it all because they forgot to put the water back up cap on underneath my sink. The last time I flooded was during winter when there was ice melting from the gutter above my apartment and was coming directly into my apartment, which calling about it just got a rude reply with no fix. Not to mention I had a completely unremodeled apartment that they wound up trying to charge me nearly 1400 for when they sent me a lease renewal. Don’t get me wrong, the people that live in this complex were always great people but the management is awful and they now have some outside management handling all their issues who are really rude and don’t care about the residents and only getting in new tenants. I don’t know where all the money goes from the massive rent increases but they sure don’t fix anything at the place and really only keep remodeling the front office and the model unit. If you have the choice not to live here, then don’t.

Cockroaches!

Make sure you read the reviews e I did not and regret it. Do not live here! Cockroach infestation and they don’t do anything to fix it. It’s very dirty, laundry rooms are disgusting. Hallways are constantly dirty and smell.

Not worth your hard earn money anymore

My parents have been living here for a very long time. I happen to be visiting for the season and things have not changed at all. Still horrible management and now changing? Prices going up but you do not really get what you pay for in the area anymore. Some aparments are outdated and some are getting remodeled but at a higher premium that might no do mich justice. Like many people mentioned walls are paper thin and your neighbors... its a luck of the draw. I ll post some pcitures so that you... get an idea of how "clean" some of your smoking neighbours can be. That is ashes accumulating in the ground for months. My parents have notified the office but nothing has been done. Lastly, laundry is quiet expensive for the size of the laundry machines. Hoping that they movr out and go somehwere nicer in the near future.
