I’ve been living here for 8 months now and I’m still in love with this place. Between the friendly office staff and maintenance workers they really go out of their way to make this place feel like home. I am looking forward to many more years at 803 Corday!

Great place to live everyone here is very nice and helpful and they do a really good job on keeping the grounds nice and clean and they make sure to get your work orders done as fast as they can

Very nice place to live. Christmas decorations are always great . If you ever need something they are always welcome to help.Love the pond and ducks pool and outdoor door fire place.

I absolutely love living here! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. They are responsive to lawn care, maintenance, and snow removal. I’ve lived here for 3 years and I’m about to renew my lease because it’s such a great place to live!
