Nice apartment, great area....but......
Was there for 1 year, found the apartment nice, clean etc. no issue. Had one maint request, asked three times for the light over the stove to be fixed (was not a bulb) they promised but never did anything. We traveled for work alot and really never fullyu moved in, despite that, contractually had to have carpets cleaned when we left, no problem... we cleanedevery inch of the apartment, weaxed the floors , leaving it in some ways cleaner than we found it. Manager commented that the carpet cleaner... service commented the apartment was in "awesome" shape, did the walk through with the manager, no issues identified, and here is the but....when my deposit and partial month refund came back to me there was in excess of 300 dollars in fees for advertising, and get this... cleaning fees and repaintgin fees... we never hung anything on the walls and the place was spotless... they admitted such... yet they still charged the fees. Recommend not worrying about cleaning your apartment when you leave, they will charge you no matter what. Wrote the manager of my disappointment, no reply, so I will leave this review for the benefit of others... as long as you are cool with there being nothing you can do to avoid cleaning and repainting fees, and no maintenance support... the place is in a nice location to stay at. When I consider the stars in this rating, I have to say, just because it is in a nice location, is not representative of the way the place is managed, so location not being a factor in this rating??? 2 stars, only because Haley was awesome to work with when we were setting up our lease from Asia.
