I love the Washington Quarters Apartment community! I've been living here for more than a year and I couldn't be happier. Kind, courteous service--both from the front desk as well as Maintenance--they all respond quickly and efficiently. This is a quiet community surrounded by oodles of trees. After looking at many apartments in this area, once I found WQ, I knew I was home. On the west side of Avon, right across from the Avon Police Department, it is a perfect location--easy access to all... the stores, etc., yet quietly tucked away from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend Washington Quarters Apartments!

Love it. Very quiet. Love the area. Almost everything you need is in the Avon area. The staff in the office are very friendly. Hopefully will stay long term if needed.
