However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. Monthly per Pet Rent, and One-Time non-refundable per pet fee applies for both cats and/or dogs. Restricted: 100 lbs weight limit.

Easy process, CeCe was amazing. A couple of things were wrong with my apartment on move in day, nothing super major. The essential things work and I’m thankful. Love the penthouse and the space, staff is very friendly.

I’m completely satisfied living at Scandia Apartments, it’s quiet, repairs are completed in a timely manner I’m going on my fourth year.
I’m concerned theirs no handicap parking, it’s my understanding it’s the Law!

Has gotten better since I’ve first moved in. Maintenance is ok. And the neighbors are really chill never had a problem. Overall a decent experience

The apartment overall was nice. The maintenance staff were hit and miss, but overall I had a good experience.
My problems began with the office staff. I was forced to extend my lease a handleful of months, due to personal reasons, and informed the staff very specifically when I would be moving out. Apparently this was ignored, as when I tried to speak to the office about my coming move i was informed I had not told them I was leaving and it would be 2.4k to "break my lease". This is despite the... fact I informed them 5 months ago exactly when I would be leaving.
A fair warning to people who are interested in this property. Absolutely do not trust the office staff, and do not go on month to month under any circumstances. Very very bad experience straining finances for people who are already struggling
