Kitchen water faucet and water pressure. Maintenance came and fixed the problem in a very efficient and timely way.

I lived here for 2 years (between 2022 - 2024) and moved out of state, for over 3 months now, hence can share my experience with no strings attached.
The Facility Manager - Nate and staff - DeAngelo (fondly called World's Greatest DeAngelo) were phenomenal.
They exhibited high level of professionalism, empathy and service. Maintenance requests were speedily handled. I had awesome neighbors who became like family to me.
Though the apartment is relatively old, a blend of the above made it... feel like home.

Door fixed speedily! I am so grateful to be able to enter my apartment again after a malfunction with my new screen door. Works very smoothly now! Thank you!

Great apartment The apartment was great. Maintenance was always quick to resolve our issues and the property was always well kept. The only thing we can really complain about was a lack of washer / dryer (and the fact that the on site facilities were always lackluster, but that was mostly due to college students that don't know how to do laundry. Additionally, I wish there was more of the apartment that didn't have carpet. Stepping directly from the outside onto carpet is not great.
