Meadow Park Apartments

I lived here for 2 years (between 2022 - 2024) and moved out of state, for over 3 months now, hence can share my experience with no strings attached.

The Facility Manager - Nate and staff - DeAngelo (fondly called World's Greatest DeAngelo) were phenomenal.

They exhibited high level of professionalism, empathy and service. Maintenance requests were speedily handled. I had awesome neighbors who became like family to me.

Great apartment The apartment was great. Maintenance was always quick to resolve our issues and the property was always well kept. The only thing we can really complain about was a lack of washer / dryer (and the fact that the on site facilities were always lackluster, but that was mostly due to college students that don't know how to do laundry. Additionally, I wish there was more of the apartment that didn't have carpet. Stepping directly from the outside onto carpet is not great.

Timely screen door replacement My screen door has been suffering for some time, and was replaced with a wonderful new door when needed. Thank you!

Thank you, Meadow Park! Meadow Park was a wonderful place to live during my time in Bloomington. It's quiet, safe, and clean. The office staff and maintenance workers promptly respond to concerns and needs with kindness and professionalism. It's also one of the more affordable (but nice!) places to live in town. Would highly recommend!
