Unfortunate
wanted to give the place a chance, but there were so many issues when i moved in, and red flags in reviews that i should have listened to. my apartment was infested with spiders when i moved in and heavily smelled like smoke. it looked like they may have had a termite problem at some point, as near the bottoms of the door ways, some pieces of the walls are just completely missing with exposed wood. the condition of my bathtub is insane, the knobs have holes in them and are covered in rust.
it... would be unfortunate as a resident for you to have an issue, as they will never answer the phones past your first week of moving in. they also will not respond to emails, and voicemails. funny enough though, as you're trying to contact them, they will email residents asking them to post positive reviews for a chance to win a giftcard. zero care about their residents, but all the care in the world about their image.
there were shots fired here at night, multiple times, with no acknowledgement from management at all. the laundry room is nasty and barely kept clean. they have a keycode lock on it, but it doesn't matter as it looks like someone already broke in once so the door stays unlocked. there's glass on the sidewalks and in the parking lots everyday. many of the amenities they mention on the site are replaced or gone completely. the electric bills will be extremely high, mostly because of the weather changes and the fact that most of the doors aren't sealed properly to keep the cool air out or the warm air in.
in addition, a lot of the pics they post aren't of the actual units, so beware. make them show you where you're actually going to be staying. and check the cabinets when they do.
even if you're low on money at the time, bumming it on someone's couch or finding a different place is way better than trying to make it here. find a place that cares about you.
