One of the worst properties in evensville

I lived here for about 3 and a half years under old management. They were great up until cornerstone brought this property. Yes the staff is nice but they change every 2 to 3 months. They do not care about residents all features they promote are from the old guard none carried over. They did do a rent hike as soon as they took over. There are holes in the building and they have not fixed them for over a year. Keep your family away from this place bad business

The comments are true about these apartments. Run do not walk.

We have had three property managers. We pay $15 monthly to park in the parking lot. Your rent is suppose to be one price but you pay for water, sewer, trash which can be anywhere from $120 or higher and that is an extra bill. Management can not give you the correct answer when you ask them abut the extra bill that you have to pay each month. I believe who ever owns these apartments are making their tenants pay the whole water, trash, and sewer bill because they do not want to pay for it. They... do not keep the hallways clean. It has only been clean one time and I have been there for aver one year. I cannot wait for my lease to be up in April of 2024. Sad place to live.

New Management Burning Place to Ground

The new management that took over turned this apartment complex into a miserable, EXTREMELY overpriced, terrible place to live. You have to pay for everything - water/sewer/trash/stormwater/PARKING/raised pet fees/extra fees like online rent payment fee/etc. on top of of course your own bills like electricity/internet/renter's insurance etc. and they raised base rent several hundred dollars on top of it. They squeeze every nickel out of you that they can. There is no option to break the lease.... The lease itself is riddled with vague, tricky verbiage and I wish I had never resigned - biggest mistake of my entire life. There is garbage littered everywhere and the place itself is looking more and more like the slums. The maintenance men do NOTHING. There are no doggie bags in the dog poop bag stations - they have been empty for months now, there is so much trash and overflowing dumpsters, as well as fallen tree limbs and other hazards that are being blatantly ignored. The maintenance staff needs to be fired in my opinion. They are not doing their job at all. If you're going to almost double our rent after promising a "luxury" experience, at least do the bare minimum and keep the place clean. It is just all around a horrible place to rent. I highly recommend you look elsewhere because you aren't going to be happy here.

New Owners

Got took over by a new company. Not flexible with rent, as they cranked it up hundreds of dollars. Nickel and dimming new costs. The office is a rotating cast of employees. Tons of temporary staff and two different property managers in less than a year. The office staff is friendly but not helpful. Kimber Lane is routinely riddled with potholes and people speed up and down it. Nearby shopping centers can be loud, and they also installed new LED lights in the retail area parking lot making it... even brighter in your windows at night, a couple years back. Additionally, the car lots behind the property is really bright with a big LED advertisement screen at night. The nearby Lloyd isn't the quietest road to live by. If you're going to move here, choose your apartments, location wisely. I've lived here for 6 years, my days here are numbered!! Increase rent and additional cost, was the straw that broke the camel's back.

Overpriced

Way overpriced for what it is. I have lived here for almost 3 years. New owners just took possession and jacked rent up by almost $200 and removed the utility allowance. So I am paying more than $300 than i did with previous owners for the same apartment. New owners took months to send out renewals, they kept saying it would be the next week. By the time renewals came out it was too late to find another apartment. Lots of extra fees in the new lease like a $15/month parking pass, but you don't... get a spot or a pass so they can't even tell if you have a car. The best thing to do is tell them you don't have a car to save some money. They have extra administrative fees for absolutely no reason. Don't be deceived by the cost on the website. Dog park is always full of poop. The apartment itself is cheaply put together, but it works.
