Very quiet and the maintenance team is very quick. Chris has been in a couple of times and is very polite and does the job well.

A quiet neighborhood, the townhouse has large basement along with rest of apt. Repairs done in timely matter.

I have really enjoyed living here at Brandy Chase. It is safe, quiet, and family/pet friendly. The community is growing and I’ve enjoyed the main office doing small events so that we can meet others in the complex. Maintenance has been great, as well. The pool, work out room, and playground are a plus as well. Located right off the highway so you are close to everything.

The staff at Brandy Chase Apartments truly sets this place apart. Katie, Alexandria, Damon, and Dom are outstanding! They are professional, friendly, and always eager to help. The resident events are a highlight. Living here feels like being part of a big, happy family.

Brandy Chase Apartments is more than just a place to live; it's a community. The staff, especially Katie, Alexandria, Damon, and Dom, go above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcomed and valued. The resident events are a blast - from movie nights to Friday lunches, there's always something fun to do.
