Not the best
They were molded, they never fixed any thing, bad customer service. They had shootings and robberies weekly. I felt so unsafe living here. Management did nothing to help.

When we first moved in we were greeted by chipping paint, failing appliances, and an ineffective air conditioning unit. After that, it got worse. The office staff are unreachable and the maintenance crew can't solve any issues. The apartments have silverfish in the walls and the AC can't keep up with the summer heat. On top of that, they raise the already overpriced rent after 1 year by almost 10%. If you visit, talk to any of the residents and they will tell you just how bad it is. Don't trust... the office staff or any of the employees.

I chose to live here because the rent is low, close to my job, i love Trader Joe’s, and seemed like a great area to live...WRONG! Do. Not. Move. Here. When we first saw our apartment before moving in, it was in the same crappy position when they were showing it...so I knew we were in trouble. Aside from poor management, the walls are thin! I could hear everything from neighbors. Children run rampant at night and the adults are no better. And parking is atrocious! Don’t try to have guests over,... everyone who lives here claims their parking spot. I absolutely hated living here and my lease couldn’t have come any faster. I hate to be negative...but SpyGlass is horrific!

Avoid this area as much as possible, the residents are awful and the apartments are disgusting. I have never lived around more ruthless, selfish, and honestly terrifying people. Children especially should not be exposed to this kind of environment. These are not good people and the management is the same situation. This is a dangerous area, 3 vehicles have been hit by fireworks after the complex sent out a flyer explaining that fireworks are illegal in the complex. The complex sends these fliers... but gives no consequence or number to call if there's an issue, police cannot do anything because it's a private property and no staff lives on site. There are numerous reasons to never come near this area, let alone live here. I could go on forever but i hope you understand the severity of what i am saying. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

I rate these apartments poor. Move in at your own risk. I resided at these apartment in 2014 and 2015. There was mold growing in one of my restroom most of my stay there due to a leak in the walls. I reported the mold several times and only once did they come out and check it out. They fixed the leak but nothing was done about the mold. One month later the leak begin again and mold continue growing. I ended up moving out. Also Spyglass Apartments and their Corporate office Flaherty and Collins... are thieves and liars. I moved out and broke my lease because I bought a home. I communicated with the property managers the beginning of my search for a home through the end. The policy is to pay 2 months of rents after the move date if you break your lease. I was okay with that and ready to make payment arrangements. On the day I moved out I gave the property manager a money order to go toward my final balance. The property manager didn't have the form available for me to sign up for the payment arrangements. The next business day I contact the property manager again but had to leave a message as she wasn't available. I left my phone number and new address with the office assistant so the property can contact me to sign the payment arrangement form. I never receive a call back or final letter informing me of my final balance. I called the next week and left another message. I still didn't get a call back. Next thing I know I was submitted to a collection agency. I called the apartments to find out why I was submitted. I was told I never came in to sign the payment arrangement form. I contacted the corporate office and was told there's nothing they can do I need to contact the collection agency. I also applied a payment toward my final balance the day I moved out and I showed interest that I am willing to make payments. The apartments set me up for failure. I never receive a phone call back or letter indicating my final balance and what I was charged for and with the $300 was applied, and I didn't receive the payment arrangement form. They lied and said I never reported my new address to them and they sent a letter to my last known address. I did a change of address with the post office I'm wondering why the letter was never forwarded to my new address. I continue to ask for a printout with my final balance, but the corporate office is not responding. Please be cautious about Spyglass apartments.
