Mozzo apartments

I just moved in and although there were some issues the leasing team made sure it was fixed. I like my place and excited to live here. The cabinets could be upgraded but everything else is great!

This place was, from web info, my top choice in 2017. After leaving several messages I eventually went with somewhere else. I finally got a call back three months later. Fast forward to 2025 and I've called and left messages twice in two weeks, and once again I'm going to go with another place because no one will call me back. How does anyone actually rent here? This is absurd.

Their leasing office is a hot mess. They run 4 apartment buildings. Their manager flat up and left in February and management has gone down since then. They have lost my rent payments 3 times and want me to pay double the next month. And when you email them or call them they rarely ever get back to you. It’s frustrating because I just renewed my lease.

I think this is one of the best places to live in Indianapolis. Situated in the heart of the Fletcher Place neighborhood, you will be surrounded by a wonderful smaller community with endless options for eating, drinking, live music, transportation, and anything else you could want. The apartments are just a short walk to the heart of downtown, Georgia St, Fountain Square or Mass Ave. The apartments themselves are beautiful. They were the most spacious apartments I saw in Indy while still... remaining at a reasonable price point. I also love the open kitchen with the island! No matter where you live you will have some maintenance issues, but Mozzo's maintenance staff are the most responsive people I have ever worked with in an apartment situation. I have to say Mozzo brings the A game to apartment living, I feel like I am living in a $200k condo, brand new apartments (sorry I think they are already filled up) but I feel like I hit the jackpot with my apartment, its absolutely perfect. Great design, great style, the staff has been all around amazing, very courteous and helpful. Mozzo takes out your trash 3 times a week which is pretty incredible, they let the cable guy in my apartment to set up internet while I was at work one time, hows... that for service? They also deliver packages inside your apartment so you never have to worry about someone walking off with your latest Internet purchase. This place is what apartment living should be. Full sized washer, dryer, dishwasher. Really has it all.

The only two slight downfalls, but really not a huge deal are: there isnt a lot of storage in the apartment, partially cause the HVAC and Washer & Dryer are in the two closets, and also the parking lot behind the building is almost always completely full but there is plenty of street parking and they offer storage units in the building for a small fee.
