In love with 9th Ave!!

Everyone who has left previous reviews is entitled to their own opinion, but honestly if you do your research and really plan your move, it’s incredibly easy to fall in love with 9th Ave. it’s clean, quiet, and the staff go above and beyond. I couldn’t dream of anything better after spending the last 10 years in a place that was wearing down mine and my families mental health!
The apartments and the complex are gorgeous! Updated living spaces and they continue to make improvements as they...
continue to grow. To also be in an apartment complex with so much grass is great for dogs and families.

Thank you to the 9th Ave team!

Beware at Move Out and With Pets

I do not recommend moving here. The office staff is negligent and does not do their record keeping ledger the same as your billing statements, so those are useless. They lost my pet deposit and tried to fine me $200 for a lease violation. I paid with a money order which is VERY TRACEABLE. Once I pointed out this fact i did finally get someone to look into my account but prior to doing so i was told and I Quote "IF you can prove you paid"!!!!! IF with a money order!! I immediately left work to go... home and find the stub receipt, which i found, but i was called back to be told that i did pay it but they applied it incorrectly. I had to repay the pet fee of $300 and being a single mom i dont have $300 extra dollars just laying around.

Upon move out, i was trying to clarify all the balances on my account and i was told repeatedly even if i turn my keys in early i am responsible for the unit until my lease was fulfilled. I kept my key but on the last day of my lease i go to check on it and the apartment had been rekeyed to lock me out and also paint buckets stood in the middle of the living room before i turned in keys. I disputed the charges for last day of rent and it has been a big deal since.
Office staff is rude and unhelpful do not move here, if you do keep records of EVERYTHING!! Print statements because AS SOON AS YOU MOVE YOU GET LOCKED OUT! i had to ask four times for a Statement not the FINAL but just a previous statement that had already been sent, and they wonder where my frustration with them came from!

Not Worth It

Do not live here. The entire apartment complex reeks of weed, there are spiders & other bugs all over the apartment (& dog hair from a previous owner), and the space was not cleaned before I moved in. Definitely not worth what I'm paying, & I'll be moving out soon.

You'll be a "valued resident"

The way that management runs this property is the worst I have experienced by far! Zero communication and when they do, the information is wrong. They will screw you over.

they will screw you on move out

terrible experience here, when it’s time to move out.. i tried to transfer they accepted my transfer took my money and then move out day they called me and denied my transfer. they wouldn’t even wanna give me my deposit back right away they made me wait 35 days. and then when i got my check back they only gave me half of what was owed to me. the women in the office have no idea what there doing. there not willing to help. they will take your money and talk in circles and are no help. i left my... apartment clean smelling like bleach steamed cleaned the rugs and everything and they somehow charged me another 750 for “ excessive cleaning”. do not waste your money coming here. i’ve lost so much money with them and they don’t explain clearly where that money is that is owed
