WORST APARTMENTS EVER

THESE APARTMENTS HAVE ROACHES! Saw roaches my first day Moving in and everyday since I’ve been here. I’m a very clean person never had them until coming here . Nobody answers the phones doors are always locked during business hours . Didn’t come with washer and dryer like they said also water doesn’t get hot at all literally had to boil water for a bath! These apartments are completely overpriced for them to have roaches and not do anything about it! Worst apartments i ever stayed 0/10 don’t... recommend!

Lack of Care and Maintenance

This is hands down the worst apartment complex I've ever stayed at. They brought in a contractor to work on flashing on the outside of my apartment from damage that occurred while the prior tenant was living there. That contractor caused damage to the inside of my apartment. I came home to busted drywall all over my apartment floor. I called maintenance immediately and they showed up in good timing being that it was after hours, but the picked up the large pieces with their hands and left over... half of the real mess for me to clean up myself. They stated they would have it repaired. About 3 weeks went by and still know word on when it would be repaired. I then reached out to inquiry about the repair. That got their attention enough to call me on 3-4 different occasions and say the contractor would be entering my apartment that day to complete the repair. Each time I came home and it was not fixed. Another week went by, silent. This is now around 7-8 weeks after the initial damage. They reach out stating the repair would be completed. The repair was eventually completed by them patching over the water damage and mold that had since grown in the worst manner I have ever seen.

The owners and managers of this apartment complex clearly do not care about any sort of up keep at all. They take the bare minimum steps on repairs that are not even the tenants fault.

Lastly, the entire complex is coated in cigarette smoke. If you're not a smoker, be prepared to have your fan and air on 24/7 and spend a fortune on cleaning supplies when you first move in.

I do not recommend living here at all.

Resident of 5 years

The entire time I lived here. The staff was very helpful. The maintenance staff made all repairs in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a apartment.

Great!

I've lived here for 2 years and haven't had any real issues. My experiences with the neighbors and management have always been pleasant . If I needed anything fixed, it was done the day I requested it or the following day. The spaces are nice and worth the money. The only things I didn't like were raising the rent and the unexpected closings of the gym/pool. I would rent again if I wasn't moving out of state .

Quality gone down. Prices gone up.

I've lived here for a couple years and was mostly satisfied until new management took over. The area is nice and super convenient with the highway literally seconds away. The new management, however, is starting to make us look elsewhere.

There has been issues with cars being broken into as well as the rent drop box with management basically shrugging as a response. The trash compactor is overflowing on the regular, yet they refuse to have it emptied more than once every two weeks. As a result,...
people are leaving their trash in the hallways despite there being rules against it. It's attracting all sorts of stray animals and my boyfriend nearly got bit by a raccoon in our buildings hallway.

But don't expect to speak to anyone about these problems. The office is near always empty if not closed and locked during business hours. And if you do manage to speak to someone it can take weeks before anyone gets to work if they even get to you at all. I've had leaks and mold and disposal issues, and each one took me going down to the office at least three different times before someone came out.

Rent is also continually hiking. Has gone up ~$150 in the few years we've been here.

Will not reccomend. Will be looking for a new apartment this summer.
