Sycamore Apartments

Welcome to the Sycamore Apartments. These are brand new units that were completed in 2020 located in downtown Kokomo. You are a couple of blocks away from the local YMCA, across the street from the trolley station, walking distance to locally owned restaurants, shops, and a brewery. If you like the outdoors, the walking and biking trails are just around the corner. All of our units have their own balcony or patio. We have 1 and 2 bedrooms available. Our 1 bedroom units have two different floorplans consisting of a bar top counter which this layout provides more storage in the kitchen or an island which provides a more open concept. We also offer furnsihed 2 bedroom units for $1,500 monthly. We are a pet friendly community that accepts dogs and cats as long as they are under 50 pounds. We also accept short term leases as well.
