I have been living at the residence for 5 months and am impressed by the professional and care of the Indian Springs staff. The floors are managed and maintenance responds ASAP.

Stayed a few nights with a friend while in a tough spot and couldn't believe the open drug deals, loud music at all hours, and children with no supervision. My car was broken into and money stolen.
Will never live here.

The management is superb. The grounds are kept beautifully and the staff are friendly and helpful. Also, work orders are completed promptly.
I have lived here 2 years and I love it here. I recommend moving here !!!
