Not a safe or friendly place
I have not had reliable hot water for MONTHS. The maintenance team said the problem was that one of the heaters was broken, and the other was not enough for all to get hot water (and apparently no interest in fixing it). They did not care, despite all my complaints and diligent payment. The AC broke (a bird was inside), and I had to change to electric heaters. My electric bill went up, and they did not reimburse me for the extra costs. My car was vandalized, my coat was stolen at the parking lot... , and again no compromise. Lots of neighbors complained about items being stolen from their cars in the parking lot. The front door lock of the building was broken for weeks, and nothing was done. There is no surveillance. This is not a nice or safe place. AVOID.
