Kuder Estates Apartments

This property is infested with cockroaches and they don't do anything about it. They will tell you it has been checked out and sprayed and cleared, but never ask for your input if there are still cockroaches in it. We have lived here for 6 months and have had issues the whole time. All our neighbors have issues as well, and have stated that management does nothing about it. They literally come out of the walls. Don't live here!

I love this community! I am originally from PA and came here for work. I called a couple of area apartments and either was put off by the rude and obnoxious management or never had my phone call answered. I arrived to Warsaw and had no idea where I was going to house myself for the 6 months that I would be here. What a delightful surprise when I came to Kuder Estates. Upon arrival you can tell the commitment that this staff has for the property. The grounds are beautifully kept, and everyone was... eager to assist me. The manager, Jodie, went above and beyond to take the stress and worry out of my move. The application was simple and I was able to move in the very next day! I am happy to call Kuder Estates my home. With so many apartments and rentals around the area it was confusing to know where we should plant our feet. Jody made the decision for us with her knowledge of the community as well as the honest approach she had when answering our questions. I would recommend Kuder Estates to anyone looking to move.

Completely satisfied with my decision to move into these apartments. These apartments have EVERYTHING I need and the staff offers so much more. Customer service is definitely a priority with this company.

GREAT ATMOSPHERE , FRIENDLY , PEACEFUL , QUIET ,CLEAN , I WAS IN THE SEARCH FOR A GREAT PLACE AND I DID MY RESEARCH AND THIS IS PLACE !! IT TOOK LESS THEN A DAY FOR ME TO GET IN MY APARTMENT , GREAT MANAGEMENT ALL MY QUESTIONS ANSWER . PLACE IS CLOSE TO GROCERIES STORES , RESTAURANTS , ENTERTAINMENT .
