Great apartment! I lived here for a year and enjoyed it! Maintenance requests were always completed in a timely manner, community feels safe and quiet! I love the area, the apartment itself is so nice! Would totally recommend!

Maintenance Review I requested service for the air conditioning. It was not cooling. Maintenance responded quickly and resolved the issue. The gentleman was very courteous and respectful!

About the tour Overall the staff was friendly I liked the apartment the only advice I would give is change the robot answering system. I personally prefer speaking with an actual person.

Loveee I love living here at the Flats. I’ve been here almost 3 years and I’ve lived through a good amount of staff changes but each time they have always been pleased and easy to work with.

Love it! I really enjoy living in such a beautiful neighborhood. I like how paperless and user friendly is our communication with staff through Flats at Springmill station portal and email. I have only one concern and it is about pets waste. I think people who live in the neighborhood should take some time and pick up after their dogs while on the neighborhood terriroty..
