Okay at best.
The photos are very misleading. Moved in sometime in the spring, so it was in the rainy season. Living room carpet flooded every time it would rain, maintenance came and removed the padding to prevent molding & provided a fan to dry out the carpet. Every time they’d come to check on it, the carpet was still wet. Pretty sure it’s a foundation issue. Nearing fall, and never got new carpet padding. Enter the building and you’ll be hit with a smell of wet carpet, cigarette, burning food, or pot. Air... fresheners can’t save your stuff from smelling like cigarettes or burnt food. You’ll hear any neighbors entering or exiting the building. Had my bathroom flood because my ceiling fan started leaking 3 times, first time it happened called the emergency maintenance line, no answer. Called the office, no answer, called both multiple times during a weekday during office hours, no answer. Went online to put in the request, someone stopped by next day. Didn’t even look at it, just said they’d be back and never came back. No response the next two times. One of my closet doors does not open, and the carpet randomly has flooded. My freezer has never had a rack, garbage disposal has never worked, one of the stovetop burners has never worked. A bunch of random switches that control nothing. Definitely a bug problem, no matter how clean you keep it. There’s always trash around the buildings, some has been there at least 6 months. Took a week after signing our lease to get our keys, took months after that to get our mail keys. The only thing this place really has to offer is cheaper housing.
