Nice with a hidden price
The units are very much stuck in the 90s which isn’t a huge deal to most people, but expect to pay around $100 more a month in utilities than what Tuckaway estimates. In addition, the maintenance team is rather handy, but repairs are grossly over priced (ex: $10 for a .90 lightbulb, $50 for a quarter sized hole in the drywall.) In addition, you’ll have to fight tooth and nail to get any portion of the security deposit back. Overall it’s cheap for the area, but much more costly than what’s... advertised.
