We rented a 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment at Aventura Falcon Valley for 6 months while we were building our new home. The staff is fantastic! Incredibly responsive, friendly & courteous! Parking is plentiful, the apartment has a good floor plan and our building & complex is safe, quiet and calm. We couldn't be happier with our choice to rent here!

The apartments are decent apartments. You will hear everything your neighbors are doing. The management is nice and friendly. The walking trails are nice and so is the pool. However, many of the amenities have been closed due to construction on the property. I do think the rent is high for the quality of the apartments. Probably will not be moving when my renewal is up. Also, internet is only available through spectrum and it's not very good. Also if you have At&t the cell phone service... is very poor and typically only have 1 bar at all times.
