Great location, terrible service
Location is great, but that’s not unique to this complex. Plenty of properties to choose from around here. Take the reviews from people who have only lived here a few weeks with a grain of salt, Greystar offers a points system to incentivize people to leave good reviews.
I am counting down the days until I’m no longer giving Greystar my hard-earned money. Front office staff and maintenance simply do not care about resident experience. Tickets routinely take weeks to address and multiple rounds... of service, service is confirmed for a certain day and then maintenance shows up on another, items left in worse condition rather than fixed, and ZERO communication about tickets (minus constant spam surveys when items haven’t even been addressed.) Rent is far too high for this level of service. Would love to know what corporate shareholder salaries look like.
I was told the thick layer of ice around all of our windows and outdoor doors in the winter was “to be expected,” along with cold drafts causing hikes in our electric bill. Take a walk around the complex in winter and you’ll see towels shoved against windows or plastic/foil trying to keep the cold out. Mildew is apparently considered normal at Estancia.
Many dog waste bins have been removed from the property, and dog parks turn to mud pits in the rain.
Broken glass sat outside of a building for 6 months, as did a dead rabbit in the middle of the sidewalk. Maintenance is too short staffed to address tickets, let alone ensure the property is safely maintained.
Greystar staff - before you post your typical “we’d love to talk more with you, please contact us” generic message, I have. You aren’t listening.

I believe you might be referring to our Modern Message platform, where we send points to provide internal feedback... that is only shared with the community. We don't have record of any service tickets for a dead rabbit or broken glass. We take that very serious and would have addressed immediately.
