Shady Staff, Poor Communication
Staff had poor communication during our lease and as we were ending it. Lease apparently required 60 day notice but staffing office sent a reminder at 30 and required a formal letter.
We suffered during a flood and management had very little follow through when it was time to fix the damages. As a first time renter there were times I felt talked-down to and disrespected. Also rent kept raising making it no longer worth the price.
