Office Staff is Awesome!!!!

Mindy in the office is ALWAYS smiling, friendly, energetic and helpful. I appreciate her patience with me and my family when we come in. I know we are not easy to deal with. ;-).

I would recommend

Crown Colony was my first apartment while I attended school. The staff were very helpful and the maintenance guys were very quick. They had many community activities to attend where I was able to meet my neighbors. I moved after graduation to KC, but I do miss this community. I would recommend it for many reasons.

Quiet and convenient

I have lived here over 5 years. It's very quiet and has convenient access to the interstate and all the stores on Wanamaker. The staff is also super nice!

Great place to live

I lived at Crown Colony for 2 years and was very pleased with my experience. This was my first apartment away from home, and the office staff and maintenance technicians always took very good care of me and all my concerns. I highly recommend Crown Colony.

Incredible place to live!

I lived at Crown Colony for 8 years. The apartments, grounds, and shared areas are exceptionally well cared for. Both maintenance and office staff go the extra mile for tenants when they can and do their jobs very well. Nowhere better in Topeka to call home!
