I had an incredible experience! The customer service was outstanding – they were patient, detail-oriented, and made me feel like I had a personal assistant throughout the entire apartment hunting process. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect home. Highly recommend!

Emory Lakes is a great property with great amenities. There is a 24/7 gym, wifi lounge, dog park, walking/jogging trails, etc. The property is located in a quieter side of Topeka with not a lot of excess traffic. The move-in process was very easy and organized. The office staff made the whole process very easy. Moving can be hectic, but both the office staff and maintenance team ensured that our apartment was ready for move-in. Emory Lakes puts on resident events, which are a great way to meet... your neighbors. Overall, we greatly enjoy living here.
